A Peek at Liz’s Desk

Liz said,"My house may be a mess, but my desk has to be clean. If not, I will never get anything done." However, I've seen Liz's house. I'm not sure it's ever what *I* would call dirty. Nice try, though, Liz.

This photo really has nothing to do with this post. It just cracks me up and is quite indicative of the unexpectedness you can expect from Liz.

Now we move on to Liz’s gadget and app selections. She may tie with Melanie Shankle for the most non-techie blogger award. She keeps things lean and mean and just gets to work. Keep reading to see how little tech is required to be awesome.

  1. Hi Liz! So glad to meet you here. You are so fun! I have (what a feel like is kind of a stupid) question for you. What do you use your tablet for? I mean, does it serve different purposes than your imac or is it more for the convenience? Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom here.

    • Not a stupid question! It is really more for the convenience. I usually keep it open for quick online research while I am writing a post. Or maybe sometimes I have Netflix playing on it while I edit images. ๐Ÿ™‚ Pretty much just internet stuff. Nice to meet you Brianna!

  2. hi liz, i have loved meeting you. i keep having to look up your name b/c i think of you as Lark. now i see why i have that mental association:) i’m glad to meet a younger woman in blogging who isn’t loaded down with lots of gadgets. i can so identify with you. blogging has been a huge challenge for me b/c of learning all the techy aspects. thanks for keeping it simple for people like me:) btw, one of my daughters and family live in seattle. it is a beautiful place out there…and quite unique! i LOVE your blog.

    • Thanks Martha! And you can call me Lark. I don’t mind. ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe one day I will start using all the fancy tech stuff and wonder how I lived without it. But, for now I keep it simple! Thanks for reading!

  3. Loved to hear the story behind pic. :p

    • You didn’t see the episode of Duck Dynasty with me on it ??? Well, the real story is that we went to Louisiana this summer and visited an alligator farm while there. When in Rome… I got to catch an alligator at the end. Don’t worry, its mouth was wired shut.
